1. VK600 automatic block making machine is an economical machine developed and produced by Vinking Machinery. It uses 360° fast feeding system, shorter forming cycle and higher production efficiency.
2. VK900 automatic block making machine forced synchronous vibration system can be adjusted through Siemens frequency conversion technology, vibration excitation force, the use of steel transmission, no kinetic energy loss and can ensure accurate synchronization, less energy consumption, better vibration effect.
3.VK1200 automatic block making machine combines the advantages of VK900 and VK600, and by optimising the design, the mould is easier to combine for the number of modules and pendulum blocks for the production of products, and is more flexible for the matching mode of the production line, which can be an economic mode with a selected layout, and also suitable for the fully automatic production line mode.

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other eight departments recently jointly issued the "Implementation Plan on Accelerating the Comprehensive Utilization of Industrial Resources" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"), proposing that by 2025, the intensity of industrial solid waste generation in key industries such as iron and steel, non-ferrous and chemical industries will decrease, the comprehensive utilization level of bulk industrial solid waste will be significantly enhanced, the renewable resources industry will continue to develop in a healthy manner, and the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of industrial resources will be significantly The efficiency of the comprehensive use of industrial resources will be significantly improved.
In terms of the main objectives, the Programme proposes that by 2025, the comprehensive utilization rate of bulk industrial solid waste will reach 57%, including 73% for smelting slag, 73% for industrial by-product gypsum, and an effective improvement in the comprehensive utilization level of red mud. The utilization volume of major renewable resource species exceeds 480 million tons, including 320 million tons of steel scrap and 20 million tons of non-ferrous metal scrap. The comprehensive utilization of industrial resources regulations, policies and standards system has been increasingly improved, the level of technology and equipment has been enhanced, and the concentration of the industry and the ability of collaborative development has been greatly improved.
In the optimization of industrial structure to promote the reduction of solid waste at source, the "program" clearly revised in due course the list of backWard production processes and equipment that produce industrial solid waste that seriously pollute the environment, the comprehensive use of environmental protection, energy conservation, quality, safety, technology and other measures to promote the withdrawal of backWard production capacity in accordance with the law.
On the project to enhance the comprehensive utilization capacity of industrial resources, the Plan proposes to strengthen cross-industry synergistic utilization. Strengthen inter-industry cooperation, promote coal mining, metallurgical building materials, petrochemical and chemical industries, collaborative coupling development, and promote the synergistic use of solid waste resources across industries. Encourage conditional areas to carry out the construction of "waste-free cities", conditional industrial parks and enterprises to create "waste-free industrial parks" and "waste-free enterprises", and promote the synergistic recycling of solid waste in the region, in the park and within the factory. In addition, we will promote the collaborative recycling of solid waste in the region, in the park and within the factory, and improve the efficiency of local resource utilization of solid waste. At the same time, the use of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, block chain, cloud computing, industrial internet and 5G is encouraged to strengthen the whole life cycle management of resources. A number of key technologies for smart manufacturing will be broken through around the production of construction materials from industrial solid waste, etc. In addition, support leading backbone enterprises to cooperate with research institutes, industry bodies, upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain, etc. to create an innovation platform for the comprehensive use of industrial resources. Breakthrough a number of complex and difficult to use solid waste harmless utilization, efficient and high-value utilization of renewable resources, automation and intelligent and flexible transformation of common key technologies and large sets of equipment, to promote the first (set) equipment demonstration application. Also, strengthen the line of bench marking to lead, and promote the construction of comprehensive utilization of industrial resources base, select the industrial solid waste or renewable resources concentration, good industrial base areas, the new 50 industrial resources comprehensive utilization base, explore the formation of the base area and solid waste characteristics of the industrial development path.
The Programme also proposes to strengthen cross-regional synergistic utilization. In Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei and surrounding areas, a number of demonstration projects for all-solid waste cementing materials and large tailings and waste rock production sand and gravel aggregate bases will be built. In the Yellow River Basin, efforts will be made to promote cross-regional synergistic use of coal gangue, fly ash and other solid wastes through multimodal transportation. In the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau-Great Bay Area and other areas with a large amount of renewable resources, build a number of large cross-regional renewable resources recycling and utilization clusters, and construct a green and high-value comprehensive renewable resources utilization industrial system with cross-regional cross-industry recycling links and coupling and symbiosis.
